The opening and ending themes for the Theatrical Compilation Bocchi the Rock! Re:Re: which was released on Friday, August 9th, have been announced, including Sick Hack's new song "Watashi Dake Yurei" are out now.

Kessoku Band returns with a bang with the release of its two new tracks.The opening theme is titled "Doppelganger," from the "Theatrical Compilation Bocchi the Rock! Re:Re:" while the ending theme includes a cover of Asian Kung-Fu Generation's "Re:Re:.", which was the same song used in another anime opening of Boku dake ga Inai Machi (ERASED).
This film is a theatrical recap of the anime "Bocchi the Rock!," focusing on the development of the high school band Kessoku Band. It follows the earlier release, "Theatrical Compilation Bocchi the Rock! Re:," which debuted in June. A music video was released on Aniplex Japan YouTube channel following the release of the cover songs 'Doppelganger' & 'Re:Re:'For comparison, here is the TV-sized opening theme "Re:Re:" by Asian Kung-Fu Generation from the anime ERASED. This song was used as the opening from episodes 2 through 12, and the series aired from January 8 to March 25, 2016.
The covers of "Re:Re:" and "Doppelganger" will be available for streaming starting today, August 11th. Additionally, "Watashi Dake Yuurei" by SICKHACK, featured in the movie Bocchi the Rock! Re:Re:, is also streaming from today. The lyric video for "Doppelganger" is now live on YouTube.

Bocchi the Rock! is a 2022 animated comedy-drama series that follows Hitori "Bocchi-chan" Gotoh, a timid and anxious high school student passionate about playing guitar and aspiring to become a rock musician. Despite her social difficulties and struggles with anxiety, Bocchi begins playing guitar in middle school with hopes of joining a band and making friends. Her life takes a turn when she meets Nijika Ijichi, who invites her to join her new indie rock group, Kessoku Band.

Kessoku Band's has released a new album titled Re:Kessoku Band that features two brand new tracks: "Me and the Three Primary Colors" and "Chronostasis." It also includes recent releases from this year, such as "Shine as usual," "Now, I'm going from underground," "Doppelganger," and "Re:Re:." The album is released on August 14, 2024 in both digital and physical form.
