If you haven’t seen The Quintessential Quintuplets Movie’s final trailer yet, you can watch the 90-second teaser trailer below.

The Quintessential Quintuplets tells the story of Uesugi Fuutaro, a poor but intellectual high school student who comes across a private tutor gig to support his family for financial expenses.

Uesugi is then hired to be a tutor for the wealthy Nakano family and their five identical quintuplet daughters, namely Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba and Itsuki.

The story is revealed with a flashback from the future in which Uesugi marries one of them. The film picks up where the series left off, revealing Uesugi’s love interest and who he ends up with.

The first season of the anime series premiered in January 2019 and aired for 12 episodes produced by Tezuka Productions, following the second season which also ran 12 episodes with a new studio, Biburi Animation Studios.

The Quintessential Quintuplets is currently available for streaming on both Crunchyroll and Funimation platforms, which offers an English dub for the series.
