How to Redeem Codes in Honkai: Star Rail
There are two ways to redeem your Genshin Impact code: Using an in-game menu or using the official Honkai: Star Rail Official Website.
NOTE: You must be at least Adventure Rank 10 or above to be able to claim most of the codes.
To redeem the code and claim the rewards in-game, launch the Genshin Impact and head to the settings menu.
- To start, tap on pause menu .
- Click on the meatballs menu (⋯) icon placed right below your username.
- Tap on Redemption Code option.
- Enter Code and tap Confirm. Rewards will be sent to in-game mail.
How to redeem the codes via Genshin Impact Official Website
Alternatively, the codes can also be redeemed not just in-game but also on the official website. You must be logged in with either your Hoyoverse or Genshin Account to proceed.
- Visit the HSR Official Website and log in.
- On the navigation bar, head to REDEEM CODE menu.
- In the redemption menu, choose your server then proceed with entering the code. Rewards will be sent to you via in-game mail.
