HoYoverse has officially announced a new collaboration between Genshin Impact and Duolingo, bringing Teyvat straight into the world’s most popular language-learning app. The crossover runs from December 8 to December 27, 2025, offering players exclusive in-game rewards by completing a simple three-day learning streak.

The event introduces a special Genshin Impact Quest inside the Duolingo app, featuring appearances from Paimon, Tighnari, Cyno, and the iconic mascot Duo the Owl. By completing one lesson per day for three consecutive days, users can claim a redeemable code for an in-game reward bundle.

Players must redeem their reward code from Duolingo by December 30, 2025, , with Genshin Impact code redemption open until January 31, 2026. The event is available only in select regions, with some players reporting limited access depending on location.

According to HoYoverse, players who successfully complete the streak can claim the following limited-time items:

  • Diligent Study” avatar

  • Celebration: Dream Reader” namecard

  • New Sumeru-style recipe: Spiced Fried Chicken

  • Primogems and additional upgrade materials

  • A collectible Paimon × Duo statue within Duolingo

This collab merges language learning with gaming incentives in a way that encourages daily engagement on both platforms. As the collaboration continues through the end of December, players are encouraged to check their Duolingo app for the Genshin Impact Quest and begin their streak before the event window closes.
